Pre Order ETA Estimated Time of Arrival
We do our VERY BEST to keep you updated & informed about your pre orders
When purchasing pre order items, the arrival times are an Estimated Time Of Arrival ONLY! Unfortunately it is beyond our control & there is absolutely NO WAY for us to know exactly when items will be arriving. The companies give us an estimate and we follow that. However please be patient since 9/11/01 the United States has Extensive Customs Searches. Containers coming from over seas can be searched not once but twice and three times or more.
What this means is these items can be delayed in Customs for several months.
Best Advice: Please Be Patient!

Email Updates
Whenever we receive any updates on delivery times for any pre orders we will update the web pages for those items and also this page. We used to send emails but it has become too cumbersome so we have decided to give ALL Pre Order Information here.

Pre Order Deposit Option
If you have chosen to make a deposit on your pre order we will notify you when our distributor has told us our shipment is on the way. We will send you a payment request letting you know the balance due on your order. Your items will be shipped the same or next day after we've received your payment. Pre Order deposits are non-refundable.

Pre Order Pay In Full Option
If you have chosen the Pay In Full option for your pre order your items will ship the same day we get the items in stock. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you our an international customer you will owe an amount for the balance of your shipping charges which will be requested at the time of shipment.

Placing Pre Order & In Stock Items Separately
PLEASE place ANY pre order items & in stock items separately. If you place a pre order and in stock item in the same order your in stock items will ship immediately! When your pre order arrives and is ready to ship you will be required to pay the extra shipping charges at the time of shipment. Again ALL in stock items will ship immediately! If you place an order containing both a pre order item and a in stock item we will assume you have read this policy. This does not apply to international customers. If you are an international customer wanting to place a pre order and in stock items together your items will ship together at the latest date after you have paid your international shipping charges. Please contact me for arrangements on pre ordering items if you have any questions.

Cancelling Pre Orders & Requesting Refunds
We Offer Pre Orders for Your Convenience Only & We PLEASE ask that you DO NOT ask for refunds! Before you place a pre order be POSITIVE that you want to place your order & patiently wait for the items to arrive. We ship the SAME DAY we receive the items! When pre ordering items, you are saying to us, please RESERVE these items for me! This means we are reserving the items specifically for you & not selling them to someone else! If you want to cancel your order you must do so within 30 days from the date your pre order was placed for a FULL REFUND! If you are requesting to cancel your order after 30 days, you are charged a 15% fee of the total amount ordered. We have paid for & placed the pre order for you! The remaining balance of your order will be refunded within 72 hours via the same method in which you paid!
