I have long been an avid fan of Living Dead Dolls. I have purchased them from many different stores. I stumbled across Wacky Stacker while looking at the 'Where to Buy' page on the LDD website. I made my first purchased from WackyStacker.com about four months ago and I was amazed by the fabulous customer service I received. I have purchased online for many years now and have never come across a company who treated me better than Wacky Stacker. Whenever I have had a question regarding a product or an order, I receive an answer THE SAME DAY!! So many times I have sent questions regarding a product I am interested in and never heard back from the store. How can you expect to keep customers that way? Jenny has become my friend, not just a vendor. They have a wide selection of everything I like and if they do not have a product I am interested in, they will find it! Best of all, if they can't locate a product, they will tell me! You NEVER get that from most online companies! Yes im good thanks. The other day at work I put the Horror & Laughs Fun Pack on the lunch room table and 1 of the blokes came in and
must of wanted to know what was inside as he opened it he got a big shock must of scared him coz he fell backwards over the chairs in the lunch room was soooo funny..... Afterwards he was like what was that? I said some laughs that my friend sent me from the states, he laughed afterwards but was soo funny to see. Wish I had my camera that day.

In a world where people are just money hungry,
greedy and can't wait to get the transaction over with so they can get the customer out of their hair, your company is the polar opposite. You shipped out my order same day and followed up to make sure everything has gone well. I'm emailing you to let you know that everything has gone much better than expected. When it comes to online shopping, I am very paranoid, do as much research on a company as I can before I give out any money before I receive a product. I was initially worried about your company because the website didn't seem 'professional' (no dig against you or your company). However, if you hadn't offered paypal, I wouldn't have ordered from your company but am happy I did. I received my order for my wife two days after the order, received my tracking number same day as the order.
All in all, my wife is very excited to have the latest collection of living dead dolls and it was a "witch hunt" for her to find them. I told her I hid five gifts (didn't know what they were) for her and she went searching and I'd hear giggles, laughter and excitement all over the house. She is happy and I'm very happy.
