Layaway Plans & Rules
We offer a 30, 60, 90, & 120 day layaway plans. Over the years we understand some of our customers like to pay off their layaways early and some are requiring a little more time. Simply choose which layaway plan works best for you.

~ BONUS RULE ~
ANY layaway customer who pays their layaway in full ON or BEFORE the due date gets a $6 credit towards their next layaway, providing you meet the layaway terms for the plan you choose, read below for more information

Domestic Layaway Terms
Our layaway payment plan is available for orders of $50 or more, before shipping charges. Layaway purchases require a 20%-25% non-refundable deposit plus a minimum $6-$40 start up fee. You may choose either a 30, 60, 90 or 120 day plan. You may choose to make weekly, bi-monthly payments (every two weeks) or monthly payments. You are required to make a minimum of ONE payment per month to remain in good standing or your layaway will be canceled. Please refrain from excessive small payments, read below for more info. Once a layaway order has been paid in full, only then will it be shipped to the customer.

United States Layaway Plan Fees:
30 Day Plan: $6.00 fee plus 20% (non-refundable)
60 Day Plan: $12.00 fee plus 20% (non-refundable)
90 Day Plan: $20.00 fee plus 23% (non-refundable)
120 Plan: $40.00 fee plus 25% (non-refundable)

The 20%-25% you pay to start up your layaway is applied to the cost of your items and is non-refundable if you default. You are allowed a TOTAL of 60 days in Extensions which offers you a total of 6 months to pay your layway in full, fees and rules apply. If your layaway has not been paid in full at that time, it will be canceled.

Layaway Customers within the United States have 7 days to pay Start-Up Fees.

International Layaway Terms
Our layaway payment plan is available for International Customers for orders of $100 or more, before shipping charges. Layaway purchases require a 20%-25% non-refundable deposit plus a $10 handling fee which is standard for all International packages. You will also be required to pay $6-$40 start up fees depending on the plan you choose. (please see International shipping policies for more info). Handling fees are included in your total and need not be paid with the start-up fees. You may choose to make weekly, bi-monthly payments (every two weeks) or monthly payments. You are required to make a minimum of ONE payment per month to remain in good standing or your layaway will be canceled. Please refrain from excessive small payments, read below for more info. Once a layaway order has been paid in full, only then will it be shipped to the customer.

International Plan Fees:
30 Day Plan: $6.00 plus 20% (add $10 international handling fee)
60 Day Plan: $12.00 plus 20% (add $10 international handling fee)
90 Day Plan: $20.00 plus 23% (add $10 international handling fee)
120 Plan: $40.00 plus 25% (add $10 international handling fee)

International Layaway Customers have 14 days to pay Start-Up Fees

Layaway Due Dates
The first payment of 20%-25% plus the start up fee for the plan you choose is due within 7-10 days after receiving your layaway request. If payment is not made within the 7-10 days, your order will be cancelled. You have 30-120 days to pay for your order in full from the date your first installment is paid

Payments Accepted
We accept PayPal, Credit Cards, Personal Check, Money Orders and Cash. You will receive an initial start up bill, choosing your method of payment. We do not automatically charge you or send bills requesting payment, it is your responsibility to make all payments within the time frame of the plan you choose

Paying In Full Early
Layaway orders may be paid in full at any time, before the due date of the plan you choose

Making Credit Card Payments
If you would like to pay by credit card we will set up a credit card payments option for you. You will be required to make equal payments as you like and the final payment will be adjusted to the final amount. If interested in this option just ask

Making Your Payments
You may make your payments via Paypal, Credit Card, eCheck, Money Order or Personal Check. If paying by Paypal or Credit Card we do ask that you limit the number of payments you make. For instance everytime you send us $7 or $13 payments, the credit card companies charge us processing fees. That's why we charge a small handling fee, to cover the cost to process your payments. If you make a lot of tiny payments it exceeds the small handling fees we charge. We'll then be forced to raise our layaway fees and we don't want to do that. So please try to make a minimum of $20 payments. If you choose to send lots of tiny payments you will lose your early pay-off bonus because we will need it to pay the extra costs of processing so many payments

Cancellation Terms
You may cancel your layaway plan at any time, however, we do not issue refunds on any payments made thus far. There will be no exceptions, so be sure you want the layaway

Adding or Removing Items
You may not add or remove items to a Layaway Plan that has already been started, Items being removed are considered a cancellation of terms for that Layaway. If you want to add items we will start a new Layaway Plan for you providing your current layaway is in good standing

Late Payments
We do not send reminder notices. We supply all payment information when we write up your layaway and we ask you to be responsible and make your payments on time. If your layaway is not paid in full within the time frame of the plan you choose, on your due date your layaway will automatically be canceled. You must contact us before your layaway expires or your layaway will automatically be canceled. No refunds will be issued. Please Read Cancellation Terms Above
